If you want AUTHENTIC Chinese food. Stop in here. You won't be disappointed. The food was good, but not what I expected.

Can say I've ever had anything bad from this please food is always good place is clean and warming the people are kind and welcoming... anytime I want Chinese this is my first choice best Chinese spot hands down.

Hidden gem! We ordered the $34 for 3 items and they were all delicious and big portions. I also bought four Congress to go. Everything is so affordable and tasty. Cash only. This will be our spot for whenever we pass by SF.

Got the pork spareribs clay pot rice, minced pork patty with salted fish clay pot rice, and the curry chicken over rice plate. Love the portion of the curry chicken over rice but a little too spicy for most for a Chinese curry. Claypot rice will take a little more time to cook but really good. Non claypot food came out fast. Aaccommodating to requests to make the hard rice at the bottom of the clay pot into porridge. This is a small spot but can have larger groups, parking not the best. Cash only spot and many locals and takeaway.

The old cashier by the counter was told an order of "sweet and sour soup" and she repeated it as "sweet and sour pork". Assuming the sweet and sour soup had pork in it, okay, agreed with that order. When the order arrived, it was sweet and sour pork with rice and veggies which is $10, INSTEAD of soup. Asked her to replace it, she said add $2. The old lady behind the counter pulled out VEGETABLE SOUP!!! After that, asked her to give the correct item which is sweet and sour soup she said that's an additional $9. It was her error in taking down the order. She said, give back the prior order which is sweet and sour pork with rice and she'll give the sweet and sour soup. She gave the sweet and sour soup and pocketed the $3 (it's been $2 added for the soup, along with the prior $10 paid for the sweet and sour pork and rice). The sweet and sour pork with rice is $10 which she took back, she took that back. Gave a run around just to order sweet and sour soup, and she pocketed $3. She was given gratuity of $5 before that. She still gave that run around just to pocket an extra $3.

We stumbled upon this place while being out and about the area and it was a great fine! Comfort Chinese food that is affordable and a great value. We will be coming back a different time to try out different items on the menu. If you're coming in the winter, make sure to dress warm because the store is freezing.

Food: solid 4 star. Home cooking style authentic Cantonese food. Nothing fancy but fresh, flavorful food with the right texture Rounding up one star given the unbeatable price

We frequent this Mom & Pop shop on days when there's nothing in the fridge. My fave dish here is the Singapore Rice Noodles - nicely dry style as it should be, has a nice spicy curry kick to it. $10 and it easily feeds 2 for lunch. Also love their Fish in Black Bean Sauce. Delicious with a hot bowl of rice. Support small & local!! Cash only.

Totally forgot i had a potluck to attend to at 11am. It was around 9am and i found this place on yelp which was open already and served Chinese party trays. I ordered a beef chow mein tray over the phone and was quoted $35 cash only which i was happy to pay. Plus b of a is just down the street from them. 1030am was pickup time so i just decided to take the family there for some dim sum before the potluck. Don't judge haha. All in all I'm happy i ran into this place. Place isn't that big but was packed and lively. There was only one waitress but she ended up taking care of us in a timely manner. We ordered beef won ton, steamed pork buns, potstickers, shrimp dumplings. Beef won ton was amazing. Steamed pork buns were average. Potstickers I'm my opinion we're really good because they had the thick covering which i love and they were cooked perfectly. I was disappointed in the shrimp dumplings because they were dry, inside good but outside dry. Oh and the beef chow mein was a hit. I would come back again to try the 3 item special.
